Oh cheese what have you done to me?  The holidays are all over.  The lights are coming down on our street and the back ally is littered with tree corpses.  And I'm dealing with a huge cheese hang over!  

I'm not one to make drasticlife changes in the New Year, but I'm clearly thinking hard about going on a cheese fast for a few weeks.
